A system was compromised. Credentials stolen. Data accessed. The investigation found it hours later. The wall was thick. The door was wide open.
The question
Why do we build bigger walls when the real problem is what happens AFTER someone gets through? Why is there no intelligence at the permission moment?
The answer
The wall was not the only problem. The door was. The permission moment was missing intelligence.
The mission
Rebuild the door. Not with more locks. With understanding. Every action should be evaluated: who, what, where, why, proof, risk. Then and only then: allow, hold, block, or review.
